    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    From schools to libraries to biotech labbuildings, they\'ve done it all and they are not done yet. Due to recentgrowth, they are adding a few positions to their Madison team. One ofthese roles is a Project Manager.

    • Manage biddingand budgeting procedures in cooperation with the Estimator
    • Coordinatethe drafting of Owner and Architect/Engineer contract documents with theVP of Operations and Office Manager
    • Coordinate the project schedulewith the VP of Operations and Job Superintendent
    • Implement and manageall job cost-control procedures
    • Ensure compliance with and manage thepayment application process
    • Additional duties as assigned

    OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A Bachelor\'s degree in Science,Engineering, Mathematics, or a Construction related field 5+ years ofexperience working in project management roles within construction ideally specializing in science and technology construction projects Ability and willingness to learn new systems that increase teamefficiency using LEAN principles
