    Job Description:
    We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor for Educational Institutions to join our team in Calgary, AB.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll process for educational institutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the payroll process for educational institutions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Manage payroll staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
    • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
    • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
    • Ensure payroll taxes are paid in a timely manner.
    • Respond to inquiries from employees and management regarding payroll issues.
    • Maintain payroll records and files.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
    • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to payroll.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
