- Lire en ondes les bulletins d'information sur l'émission du matin
- Recevoir et vérifier l'information et contrôler les sources de toute nouvelle.
- Rédiger et préparer la mise en ondes des différents bulletins de nouvelles à l'aide de l'équipement mis à sa disposition.
- Prendre les dispositions nécessaires lorsqu'une nouvelle doit être incorporée aux bulletins de Cogeco Média en prévoyant l'acheminement de cette nouvelle.
- Assurer la communication avec les reporters sur le terrain.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques destinés au service des nouvelles.
- Mettre à jour les nouvelles sur le site WEB de la station et la mise en ligne sur les médias sociaux de la station.
- Sur le terrain, recueillir l'information à son lieu d'origine et en faire le reportage sur les ondes, soit par téléphone ou magnétophone portatif et avoir la responsabilité de conduire et d'utiliser un véhicule à ces fins.
- Effectuer les recherches nécessaires pour planifier et mettre en place les contenus des émissions, en termes de sujets, angles sous lesquels ils seront développés, personnes susceptibles d'être invitées à intervenir pour fournir en ondes la connaissance du sujet, l'expertise, les tendances et les opinions.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.
- Baccalauréat en journalisme ou toute autre formation pertinente.
- Minimum de 2-3 ans d'expériences pertinentes reliées au contenu des responsabilités.
- Avoir un grand sens de la nouvelle, de sa pertinence et des contenus qui retiennent l'attention du grand public.
- Avoir de l'aisance en ondes pour la présentation des nouvelles.
- Bonne connaissance de la région de la Capitale Nationale.
- Être autonome pour produire ses reportages et contenus et avoir une très bonne connaissance de la suite Windows.
- Excellente connaissance de la langue française, parlée et écrite et bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, parlée et écrite.
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide.
