    Job Position: Director of Finance

    Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Director of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience, preferably gained at an established accounting firm. More importantly, we are looking for individuals who are eager to operate in a management role within the tech sector, where their analytical skills and financial expertise will play a crucial role in helping our companies thrive.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work alongside management team of high growth, highly profitable technology company.
    • Manage finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
    • Assist in developing and implementing growth strategies, business plans, and operational improvements.
    • Participate in due diligence processes for potential investments, providing valuable financial insights.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
    • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably at established accounting firms.
    • Demonstrated interest in technology sector (SaaS, blockchain, fintech, ecommerce).
    • Strong forecasting, modeling and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Confidence to independently negotiate contracts and perform/lead due diligence efforts.
    • A genuine interest in transitioning from accounting or investing to a management-focused role.
    • Eagerness to be hands-on and actively involved in helping businesses grow and operate.
