    The NI SBU Network Management Engineering team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an IP Software Automation Solutions Leader.

    In this role, you will lead and drive our IP Software Automation Solutions team, overseeing multiple teams of developers, testers, support personnel as well as collaborate with other cross functional teams.

    You will be responsible for software architecture, implementation, and support of NSP (Network Services Platform) based automation solutions, aimed at supporting customer operation and improving the delivery process for customers and internal teams.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and collaborative abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
