    Job Description

    We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join us

    Missions:

    • Implement and manage scrolling for unique parts/processes in Trim, Chassis, and Final assembly areas.
    • Enhance workstation efficiency and optimize operator density across different production segments.
    • Provide comprehensive support to Plant Industrial Engineering activities.
    • Ensure seamless integration of unique manufacturing processes and parts into the production line.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall production efficiency and output.
    • Analyze and resolve complex engineering issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in Industrial Engineering, with a strong focus on manufacturing processes.
    • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a hybrid work model
    • Demonstrated expertise in optimizing workstation efficiency and managing operator density.
    • Familiarity with scrolling and its application in an industrial setting.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support plant operations.
    • A commitment to upholding safety and quality standards in the workplace.
