    Job Description

    Purpose:

    Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains lower-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Adhere to AbbVie's code of conduct
    • Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met
    • Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
    • Capable of training others on tasks
    • Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
    • Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
    • Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
    • Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
    • Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
    • Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
    • Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
    • Some RCM or RCA experience
    • Create trending data and presnet technial reports summarizing findings and reccomneded soultions

    Qualifications

    • HS diploma with 10+ yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. Experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions
    • CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
    • Formal electrical training (degree or apprenticeship)
    • Some formal training or experience with PDM technology (vibration analysis. ultrasonic, etc.)
    • Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
    • Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)

Individualcompensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimatelypay more orless than the posted range.     • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
