    Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in advancing the company's objectives through financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budget and forecast creation, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting management. The ideal candidate will excel in various levels of analysis. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, attractive benefits, and room for professional growth.

    Here's how you will contribute to the team:

    • Conduct Balance Sheet account reconciliations
    • Provide insights on financial performance trends, benchmarks, and metrics
    • Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies and procedures while collaborating with business partners and handling special requests
    • Manage Ad-hoc projects as necessary
    • Participate in department-wide initiatives
    • Focus on enhancing automation in accounting and reporting processes
    • Execute monthly accounting closure procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reports
    • Prepare monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports
    • Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with both internal and external parties
    • Evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Job Requirements:

    • Thorough understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance
    • Minimum 5 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a large corporate setting
    • Proficiency in Dynamics
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
    • Attention to detail and adherence to standard procedures
    • CPA certification required
    • Preference for experience with US GAAP and financial reporting
    • Deep knowledge of general ledger functions and Dynamics GP
    • Proven expertise in budget forecasting and Profitability Analysis
    • Familiarity with KPI Reporting and advanced MS Excel skills
    • Experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and business intelligence systems is a bonus
    • Effective self-directed time management and workload prioritization
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in accounting for publicly-traded companies and project management is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
