    Join us as a Casualty Claims Analyst II to play your part in that transformation. Make your mark in Commercial Casualty

    Dedicated Casualty claims professionals partner closely with underwriting staff, ensuring consistent claims service and greater proficiency in the management of losses to help keep the client's company safe and strong.

    Review casualty claims in conjunction with policy wordings to determine coverage
    Provide direction to adjusters on investigation of claims
    Provide instruction to legal counsel to bring about appropriate resolution of claim
    Ensure compliance by legal counsel of our litigation guidelines
    Participate in mediation/ADR process to bring about resolution of claim
    Issue payments within appropriate time frame
    Inform management of all complaints, large losses, coverage issues, etc.
    Minimum 2 years experience handling commercial casualty claims


    • Proficient computer skills to navigate paperless claim file system
