    Are you an analytical thinker wanting to make an impact in your next role?

    We've got a brilliant opportunity for a Business Process Analyst to join our team for 12 months on a fixed term basis

    Based in our Morningside Support Office, this is a pivotal role, where you'll ensure the successful implementation of our Merchandise planning tool.

    Throughout this time, you'll be analysing how this change will affect stakeholders, streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement, creating detailed documentation and partnering closely with our change team to ensure a smooth transition.

    Our Business Process Analyst is responsible for:

  • Ensuring a successful implementation of our Merchandise Planning tool
  • Creating detailed process documentation, including workflows, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
  • Identifying the key stakeholders who will be affected by process changes, understanding their roles, concerns, and needs
  • Partnering closely with the Capability and Change team to streamline the management of policy, procedure, and process updates
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure they align with business goals

    • The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • Bachelor's degree within Business Management or similar field
  • Experience with merchandise planning would be beneficial
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role + prior relevant experience in junior positions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • The ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
