    Required Skills:


    • Expertise of IQVIA OCE Personal Applications / Modules


    • Specialized knowledge in IQVIA.


    • Expertise understanding of in terms of profiles, users, object-level security, field-level security, record-level security, and sharing rules.


    • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users.


    • end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering, development/configuration to unit testing, UAT to production &post-production Enhancements.


    • Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve user interface, efficiency, and internal business processes.

    Roles and Responsibilities:


    • Gather requirements from clients and do analysis requirement for design and estimations.


    • Analyze client's business requirements through document analysis, workshops interviews and current workflow analysis.


    • Expertise in eliciting requirements and preparing Business Requirement Document


    • Understanding of Software development life Cycle and Exposure to Agile Methodology and SCRUM ceremonies


    • Coordination and interaction with the Client, design, development, testing teams.


    • Experience in analyzing client's business requirements through document analysis, workshops interviews and current workflow analysis.
