    This position is a Hybrid role based out of our Vancouver, BC office.*
    • With a wealth of expertise in designing, delivering, and implementing development programs, you are driven by a profound passion for cultivating a culture of growth, nurturing talent, and fostering excellence within an organization.

      Your dedication to delivering training programs that not only support attraction and retention goals but also elevate the development of individuals is evident.

      Collaborating with a Senior Manager, you eagerly anticipate the opportunity to facilitate learning and development, craft impactful tools and resources, and foster engaging learner engagement.

    Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement and iterate producer development programs and training modules.
    Work with subject matter experts to create training content, tools, and resources.
    Develop engaging and effective training materials, which can include presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources.
    Assist in delivering training programs, which may involve facilitating webinars and workshops.

    Coordinate instructor-led training, working with internal and external trainers Act as a thought leader in the field of sales training, coaching, and commercial real estate.

    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brokerage sales & leasing, talent development, human resources, or related field.

    Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a hybrid and remote team environment.

    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
    Bachelor's Degree and/or completion of a Human Resources Program, or relevant field preferred.
    Experience in talent management and development, early careers, training, and coaching is preferred.

    Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
