    Position Summary

    Provides administrative support to one or more human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, disability management, training, and/or employee records. Play's a crucial part in facilitating communication between employees and management, addressing HR-related inquiries, and supporting HR initiatives to ensure a positive and compliant work environment

    Location: Multiple locations

    Schedule: 40 hours Monday to Friday

    What you will do

    Short Term Disability Process
    WSIB/Top Up Support
    Processing Leave of Absence's
    Employment related letters (Ex: abolishment letter, job abandonment)
    Client requested reporting
    Answer client group inquiries
    Assist Managers with Level 1 and Level 2 Disciplines

    What You'll Bring

    1-2 years
    College diploma; or trade apprenticeship certification
    Human Resources Management or equivalent
    CHRP/CPHR
