    Responsibilities:
    • Supporting the Sales & Marketing team to reach the Community's sales and revenue targets
    • Managing the community's sales & marketing database alongside the Director of Sales
    • Keeping sales collateral up-to-date
    • Coordinating move-in paperwork and preparing residents' Administrative files
    • Conducting resident orientations to ensure smooth transitions following Sunrise shared values
    • Possibly conducting presentations with customers
    Qualifications:
    • At least one year of experience in sales administrative support (preferred)
    • Prior experience in customer service, showcasing relevant skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Excellent communication skills for phone, written, and verbal interactions, including small group presentations
    • Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
    • Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
    • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office tools
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
