    The Production Supervisor at itec group is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production activities in a TSSA environment, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervising and managing production staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Overseeing daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
    • Ensuring adherence to TSSA regulations and standards, implementing necessary measures for compliance.
    • Coordinating with maintenance and quality assurance teams to address production issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.
    • Monitoring production schedules and adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
    • Training and mentoring production staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
