- Lead coordination of planning, design, and implementation of strategic initiatives

- Address community needs with a professional approach
- Baccalaureate degree in a health-related discipline
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Services Administration preferred
- Minimum three years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
- Certification in Quality Improvement, Project Management, or Change Management an asset
- Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Competency in French or other languages is an asset
