    Bilingual Customer Service Representative – French-English – Work from Home in Canada

    As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – French-English working remotely in Canada , you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business.

    #Do you have a passion for helping others? Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or upselling solutions for their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average to an exceptional one.

    As it's important we understand one another, speaking English is required so that we can communicate with each other wherever we are.

    Understand customers' needs and provide alternative solutions including upselling products or services
    Ability to read, write, and speak French and English. In this role you will be interacting with global customers and coworkers whose primary language is French or English.
    6 months or more of customer service experience
    Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
    All positions are permanently remote and full-time
