    Description

    Come and work in our Montreal sorting center Ensure at all times the health and safety of employees and the legal compliance of our industry's operations in its warehouse.

    Ensure the operational performance of the Montreal depot, whether for in-house operations.
    Establish and maintain quality processes for parcel delivery according to national standards.
    Participate in the various projects and initiatives of the operations team.

    Strategically manage, lead, and align the team of delivery drivers and bike delivery drivers in their roles and responsibilities.

    Work in collaboration with the human resources department in recruitment, skills development, mobilization and performance management.
    Maintain healthy relationships that promote the performance and engagement of the employees under his/her responsibility.
    College or university diploma in operations or supply chain management.
