Content Lead
We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Lead to join the rapidly growing Cozey team.

In this role, the Content Lead will ideate, develop and execute content creation for all social media platforms, coordinate in-house photoshoots and videoshoots and stay on top of creative and social trends.

Their objectives will be to connect with our community by sharing our values of inclusivity, simplicity and optimism, and to bring the Cozey brand to the next level through visuals.

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Manage and maintain all organic posting of social media accounts; Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, to connect with our community and share the Cozey values of inclusivity and optimism
  • Ideate, execute, edit and publish TikTok, Reels, Shorts video content to maximize engagement and awareness through valuebased content such as new launches, office life, product features, in a trendy approach
  • Assist the Creative Director in planning campaign photo and video shoots to elevate the Cozey brand and imagery
  • Coordinate the daily execution of shoots by shopping for set décor and clothing, booking photographers and videographers, finding, presenting and booking the perfect location
  • Stay up to date on social media and content trends by bringing new content creator / influencer ideas and opportunities

What We're Looking For:


  • 3+ years' experience in social media management, including content creation
  • Photography & video editing skills (portfolio or social account needed)
  • Experience in retail, ecommerce
  • Strong knowledge of content creation and social media platforms
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of autonomy and entrepreneurship
  • Sense of leadership and curiosity
  • Motivation and drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong aesthetic sense
  • Bilingualism (ENG and FR)
  • Experience in small teams or startups is a plus
