    • Experience with managing large enterprise ERP implementations, particularly for Dynamics 365 F&SCM, is preferred.
    • Showcase strong leadership skills with direct people management experience.
    • Exhibit expertise in contract terms and interpretation.
    • Proven ability to think systematically and logically while driving change in unstructured environments.
    • Possess negotiation skills and strong business acumen.
    • Show proficiency in Microsoft platform technologies and project management tools.
    • PMP or similar certification preferred but not required.

    • Align with stakeholder goals and ensure effective communication.
    • Mentor team members, foster a culture of innovation and excellence, and oversee relationships with suppliers/subcontractors.
    • Develop governance and control strategies, proactively manage service levels, agreements, and resource priorities to optimize outcomes and resolve delivery issues.
    • Drive large-scale, complex business, and digital transformation initiatives managing portfolios worth at least $5 million, annually.
