The Senior Financial Analyst ("SFA") will join the Financial Planning, Analysis team and play a key role within the McKesson Retail Banner Group.

The main areas of responsibilities include forecasting, financial planning, budget preparation, business performance tracking and involvement in business development strategies.

This role will also include particular focus on special projects.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
As part of Financial Planning & Analysis team; Manager, FP&A relating to the financial planning, financial dashboards, benchmark competitive analyses & financial management presentations
Support and help drive the annual budgeting and long rang planning exercises
Notably includes performing general and customized analyses, develop value added KPIs, involvement in supporting strategic decision making.
Assist Operations in Ad Hoc profitability requests and Special Projects
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis / professional practice or in a similar role
Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting. Must have an accounting designation CPA (CA, CGA, CMA)
Bilingual French and English (written and oral).
Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
Able to effectively manage multiple analyses/ projects in a timely manner and prioritize work.
Demonstrates expertise in business analysis and financial modeling
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in a multinational corporation or firm is an asset.
Knowledge of US GAAP is an asset.

Planification Financière et Analyse (FP&A)

Au sein de l'équipe responsable de la planification et de l'analyse financière et des projets spéciaux, agir à titre de partenaire commercial des Services de gestion des bannières au détail de McKesson Canada.

Appuyer le directeur principal et le chef, planification et analyse financières et projets spéciaux pour ce qui a trait à la planification financière, aux tableaux de bord financiers, aux analyses comparatives des concurrents et aux présentations financières à la direction.

Cela inclut réaliser les analyses générales et personnalisées, élaborer des indicateurs de rendement clés à valeur ajoutée et participer à la prise des décisions stratégiques en temps opportun.

Posséder au moins 7 années d'expérience en analyse financière ou en pratique professionnelle, ou dans un rôle similaire.
Détenir un baccalauréat en commerce assorti d'une majeure en finance ou en comptabilité.

Être bilingue (anglais et français); Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l'extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis.

Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.

Être apte à gérer efficacement plusieurs analyses et projets simultanément en respectant les échéances et en établissant la priorité des tâches à réaliser.
