Description
As the Vice President for the Prairie Provinces (Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta) you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the Canadian Manufacturing & Export Association (CME).
Reporting directly to CME's National Senior Vice President and being an integral part of the National Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in leading the development and execution of CME's growth strategy across the Prairie provinces.
You will be focused on collaborating with members, and the manufacturing and exporting community across the region, to understand their barriers to growth and working with CME's team to identify and implement solutions that build CME's business.
This region represents the third-largest business center for CME, presenting significant opportunities for future expansion. This position will be based in Winnipeg.
The new VP will be a seasoned and results-driven professional with a proven track record in strategic leadership and business development within the manufacturing and exporting sector.
They will demonstrate a deep passion for, and understanding of, the complexities of manufacturing, particularly within the Prairie Provinces, and will bring a unique blend of analytical expertise, staff leadership, stakeholder relations and business acumen to drive top and bottom-line revenues.
The individual will possess extensive experience in not-for-profit, advocacy, or business environments, coupled with effective communication and collaboration skills, positioning them as an adept leader capable of navigating the challenges of a dynamic and competitive business landscape.
