    Summary

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Information Security. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, business intelligence, ETL, and Source Code Management. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration, and ensuring project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and progress.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues.
    • Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team.
    • Conduct retrospectives to improve team processes continuously.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship for team development.
    • Address challenges that hinder team progress.
    • Contribute to the organization's Agile strategy.
    • Stay updated on Agile best practices and methodologies.
    • Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.

    Critical Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Minimum 4 years experience as a Scrum Master.
    • Expertise in Agile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, XP.
    • Strong understanding of business intelligence, ETL, and Source Code Management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive team success.
    • Data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making.
    • Experience in facilitating meetings and workshops.
    • Proficiency in Agile project management tools.
    • Valid Agile certifications - CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
    • Interaction with French & English speaking stakeholders.
