    Subaru of Lethbridge is looking for an experienced automotive professional to join our team as a Sales Manager .

    As part of the Davis Auto Group, Subaru of Lethbridge is a well-established dealership that prioritizes giving back to our local community, and places pride in offering a strong team culture and a positive employee experience.

    Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager will play a dynamic and critical role in leading/supporting our variable team and capitalizing on the opportunities that exist for our dealership.

    As we are a smaller dealership in size, this candidate will work in and support all areas of the variable team from managing the sales floor, to new/used vehicle management to assisting the Finance Office.

    Our ideal candidate preferably has 1-2 years of prior leadership experience within the automotive industry, including experience in pre-owned vehicle management, has a strong sense of personal achievement and prefers to work hands-on in the business rather than sitting behind a desk all day.

    The successful candidate may also have the opportunity to career path towards the next stage in their career as a General Sales Manager / General Manager.

    Oversee the variable department and train, support and coach the sales and finance team in all aspects of the sales process.

    Manage new and used inventory levels to ensure available inventory is balanced and appropriate for the market and that stock rotation is efficient and optimized
    Determine and order appropriate stock of new vehicles (colour, model, equipment) based on analysis of relevant client and market analysis
    Appraise, purchase, recondition and market used vehicles to generate profit for the dealership
    Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of employees while taking an active role in developing talent for the future
    3-5 years of progressive experience in automotive sales and finance. Prior Subaru experience will be considered a strong asset

    ~ A valid Driver's License
