    Collection Specialist and Receivables


    Are you a skilled Collection Specialist and Receivables expert ready to elevate your career in the food industry? Join our esteemed team in Ville Saint-Laurent as a Contract Collection Specialist and make a significant impact within a renowned company.

    Collection Specialist and Receivables

    Shift:
    Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
    Western accounts- 10-6 / 11 to 7 schedule


    Domain:
    Food Industry

    Experience a dynamic hybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely for 2 days every week.

    • Benefit from a 6month contract with the opportunity for extension or even to become a permanent member of our team.
    • Assume responsibility for managing a portfolio of Western customer accounts
    • Conduct weekly analyses of payment arrangements and investigate unpaid invoices and deductions.
    • Ensure compliance with credit limits and manage outstanding orders.
    • Respond to external and internal customer account inquiries.
    • Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in a credit/commercial collections (B2B) environment.
    • Exhibit excellent bilingualism in English and French (speaking and writing).
    • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ideally Maestro.
