    The Marketing Specialist, Media will assist in Organic and Paid Media strategy and execution across banners. They will act as a subject matter expert on traditional and digital media platforms and work with a cross functional team of internal and external/agency partners to help lead and bring strategy to life to drive engagement with the consumer.

    Here's where you'll be focusing:

    • Work closely with internal and external agency partners to develop media plans to support campaigns to drive business and media objectives
    • Lead the development of paid media and influencer strategies for multiple banners nationally optimized to different brand identities and target audiences
    • Act as subject matter expert on traditional and digital media, social media and influencer platforms and best practices for cross-functional business partners
    • Work closely with external partners to conduct reporting and analysis; identifying trends and sharing recommendations for optimization with cross-functional partners
    • Support market research to identify trends and opportunities

    What you have to offer:

    • An Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
    • 5 years of relevant work experience in retail, advertising, marketing, or merchandising environment
    • Familiarity with digital analytics tools / platforms
    • Exceptional project and time management skills
    • Proven experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and building positive working relationships
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
