    Momentum Financial Services Group is looking for a Chief of Staff to join its Leadership team. We're in need of a motivated and adaptable individual to support our CEO and senior management team.

    The Director, Strategy – Office of the CEO will plan, organize, and prioritize critical issues to facilitate efficient decision making.

    Additionally, you have the possibility to identify areas of improvement within the organization and proactively initiate and/or drive these enhancement projects.

    Play a central role in the development and execution of Money Mart's yearly strategic plan and priority projects alongside of the project management office
    Responsible for communications from the Office of the CEO
    Within program management, organizes and gathers information from various departments and meetings and reports that information, along with recommendations, to executive members
    Work with the CEO, senior management team and the private equity ownership to ensure there is a free flow of information
    Drive business-casing and strategy development for strategic initiatives (new product expansion, international expansion, etc.)
    Ensure Town Halls are scheduled and content is developed
    Analysis and Recommendations
    ~ Ensure cross-functional analysis is conducted in order to present a comprehensive recommendation to the CEO

    Strategic Planning
    Drive the annual strategic planning process and development of a strategic plan
    Plan offsite/planning sessions to maintain alignment to the strategic plan
    University Degree in Business Administration or related field is required
    ~ MBA is considered an asset
    ~5+ years' executive level experience
    ~ Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
