    We pride ourselves on providing our clients with high-quality products and customer services through our innovative technology and collaborative work culture.

    We are seeking a passionate and diligent Sales Specialist.

    The successful candidate will join the Head Office sales team and work with the team members to drive sales-related initiatives and action plans.

    Identify potential clients through research and networking, initiate contact, and build a pipeline of leads.

    Sales Presentations:
    Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

    Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
    Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and provide regular reports and forecasting to the Sales Director.
    Offer post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

    Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to align sales strategies and improve customer experience.


    Industry Networking:
    Participate in industry tradeshows, events and conferences to expand networks and stay updated on market trends.
    Bachelor's degree in Immunology, Biology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IVD, Biotech, or related industry.
    Proficiency in CRM and Google Workspace.
    Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
    Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, customer visits, and other business-related events.
