    Description

    Are you a proactive individual who thrives on delivering top-notch support in a dynamic setting? Our Prevention Services team is seeking a meticulous Credentialing Clerk with stellar organizational abilities to tackle diverse responsibilities.


    As a Credentialling Clerk, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, offering guidance on regulations, policies, and compliance within our Credentialing Services portfolio, spanning Certification Services, COR Program, and Licensing Services, including asbestos certification and licensing.

    Alongside maintaining immaculate records, databases, and files, you'll play a pivotal role in refining departmental processes and procedures.

    This is a temporary role for approximately 12 months.

    You'll help ensure B.C. workers go home safely at the end of their workday.


    At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.

    C. home and occasionally in our Richmond office.

    Coordinates communication and responds to internal/external inquiries by phone, mail, and email in accordance with departmental standards.
    Supports case management in the customer relationship management (CRM) and escalates matters when required. Performs regular data entry and maintains databases, files, and CRM systems.

    Provide excellent in-person and over the phone customer service
    Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, to a variety of groups and individuals
    A minimum of 2 years of experience with record management, CRM systems and
    Operating Microsoft 365 products such as Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, among others

    48 hourly, your total compensation package includes:
