    Commission Sales Account Manager

    Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Axe Recruiting is currently seeking a Commission Sales Account Manager to join our client's team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the drive to exceed expectations, we want to hear from you

    About the Job:As a Commission Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business opportunities within the technology and finance sectors. Additionally, you will manage existing client accounts, providing them with excellent customer service and coordinating with various teams to facilitate transactions seamlessly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Researching and sourcing new leads
    • Pitching prospects and scheduling meetings
    • Onboarding new clients and assisting with account setup
    • Managing existing client accounts
    • Coordinating with investment and IR teams, as well as contract brokers
    • Active social media posting and blogging to generate insightful content

    Key Qualifications:

    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Driven, self-motivated, with a focus on performance and competition
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to our specific sales style (reverse selling & social selling)
