- Customer Service & Communication: Interact with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of repairs or maintenance procedures. Offer recommendations for improving product performance and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.Generate comprehensive reports on service activities, highlighting findings, solutions, and recommendations.
- Safety & Compliance Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for both yourself, customers, and your team. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant education would be considered an asset.
