    Position: Kitchen Assistant Department Manager - Full Time

    This role presents a prime opportunity for career growth in a leadership capacity. As the Kitchen Assistant Department Manager, you will collaborate with the Food Service Manager to ensure seamless daily department operations.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • - Inspire and guide Team Members
    • - Conduct regular team gatherings
    • - Train and support Team Members to heighten productivity levels
    • - Address Team Member and customer concerns
    • - Enforce company policies encompassing health & safety, food quality, and loss prevention
    • - Manage merchandise, inventory, and scheduling to fulfill financial targets
    • - Deliver outstanding customer service to Team Members, Customers, and Vendors

    Qualifications:

    • - Minimum 1-year experience in food service with in-depth product knowledge
    • - Excellent customer service abilities fostering strong relationships
    • - Proficient in leadership, coaching, and thriving in a fast-paced setting
    • - Solid computer skills and adaptability to new systems
    • - Willingness to address issues promptly and effectively
    • - Exceptional communication and active listening skills
    • - Creative flair and proficiency in creating attractive displays
    • - Ability to exemplify values through actions

    Work Environment:

    • - Conducted in a retail store environment
    • - Availability required for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
    • - Travel expected for off-site event support
