    Description

    You as a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
  • Welcome all visitors to the company and direct them to meeting rooms or ensure appropriate person is advised they have arrived
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various spreadsheets and the printing of training materials
  • Assist in coordinating events, all aspects of internal and external meetings and office moves
  • Assist in organizing and executing corporate events including, coordinating with vendors and suppliers
  • Arrange travel and accommodations as needed for employees
  • Proactively plan and establish priorities to accomplish goals and deliver on tasks assigned
  • Log data entries for salaried timesheet project allocations for payroll purposes
  • Perform Ad-Hoc administrative duties as requested
  • Is this the right role for you?

  • You have 1 to 3 years of administrative experience
  • You have a focus on customer service with a pleasant phone manner
  • You have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite Applications is an asset
