    Position: Customer Experience Specialist

    Location: Head Office - Toronto, Ontario

    Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

    A reputable company, specializing in high-rise developments, is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join its Toronto-based team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000, along with additional benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

    Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

    Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies.

    Skills and Experience:

    Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer issues.

    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

    Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address customer needs and concerns.

    Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably within the real estate industry.

    Education: Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.

    Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with:

    Customer Experience, Real Estate, Property Management, Customer Support, Communication, Problem-Solving, Client Relations, Toronto Market, High-Rise Developments.
