    Job Duties:

    1. Administration of injury claims (CNESST / Alberta, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland, and Labrador)
    2. Processing of payments -CNESST
    3. Earnings calculation and reporting
    4. Data and Reports management
    5. G-SHRMIS database support for injury reporting
    6. Preparation of monthly reports
    7. General inquiries, other admin tasks as assigned
    8. HOIR reports
    9. Case Management duties, coverage for Specialist

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent computer skills, MS Word, Excel
    • Attention to detail
    • Time management and ability to prioritize
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Good interpersonal skills, customer service
    • Ability to analyze data and problem solve
    • Bilingual (French / English) - verbal and written, required
    • Knowledge of WCB / CNESST policy/ legislation an asset
