- Conducting sales calls to provided leads for new online business quotes ensuring accurate data, coverage amounts and endorsements
- Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service
- Prospect and up/cross-sell to clients on on all lines of business sold
- Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications
- Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
- Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses
- General Insurance Level 2 License and insurance industry knowledge is an asset – if unlicensed, we would train the right candidate and Level 1 license would need to be obtained within three months
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email
- Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience
