Relevant du Spécialiste Intégration, le ou la titulaire du poste a comme principales responsabilités d'assurer la maintenance des processus et procédures de services nouvellement intégrés en station tout en offrant le support nécessaire aux champions attitrés à chaque location.
Responsabilités:• Suivre quotidiennement les tâches effectuées par les joueurs clés en lien avec le service en question et, au besoin, proposer des solutions afin de rencontrer les objectifs de l'entreprise;
• Collaborer avec les membres des équipes opérationnelles en station et l'équipe de stratégie, en participant à l'amélioration des procédures et méthodes de travail liées aux services à maintenir;
• Assurer la conformité des processus de nouveaux services mis en place en station dans le but d'en faciliter la maintenance rapidement.
• Rapporter les écarts de conformité et proposer des pistes de solutions pour corriger ces écarts rapidement.
• Effectuer des déplacements en station partout au Canada. Qualifications requises:
• Expérience d'au moins trois (3) ans dans un poste de supervision des opérations, de contrôle de qualité ou autre poste similaire, dans l'industrie du transport de préférence;
• Connaissances des outils de la suite Microsoft Office;
• Connaissances informatiques générales lié à l'utilisation d'un ordinateur portable;
• Connaissance technique en lien avec l'utilisation d'outils de repérage complexe;
• Facilité à assimiler de l'information rapidement dans un contexte très évolutif;
• Capable de communiquer efficacement, oral et écrit et avoir un bon sens de l'écoute (Anglais et français);
• Excellente gestion du stress et être capable de bien s'adapter aux changements;
• Entregent, autonomie, débrouillardise, polyvalence et résilience;
• Démontrer des aptitudes favorisant le travail d'équipe, l'innovation, la rigueur et le service client.
