If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Our company is a leading hospitality group in Canada and we are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team in Red Deer, AB. As the Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in managing a high-functioning kitchen, ensuring perfect execution, and delivering unmatched product knowledge. You will have the opportunity to develop leaders, create a great atmosphere, and ensure profitability. Our menu features globally inspired flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients, reflecting our commitment to the culinary arts and hospitality.

    As the Sous Chef in Red Deer, AB, you'll be responsible for a wide array of duties on a day-to-day basis. You'll manage the overall operations of our kitchen, ensuring the utmost quality and execution of our globally inspired dishes. Your responsibilities will include training and developing other team members, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere, and maximizing profitability.     Requirements:

    • Demonstrated skilled business sense in inventory management, food cost, labor and scheduling, and variable costs.
    • Proven leadership skills in developing people and motivating them to perform at their best.
    • Deep passion for maintaining the highest level of food quality.
    • Energetic, upbeat, and ambitious individual.
    • Strong communication skills with a patient and understanding approach.
    • Track record of achieving both professional and personal goals.
    • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
