- Manage infrastructure, systems, applications and information security requirements;
- Coordinate the work of a team of IT professionals providing technical guidance and supporting their development;
- Ensure the security, integrity and availability of technology systems and data;
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity and help develop the company's technology roadmap;
- Remain current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive organizational innovation;
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate hardware, software licensing, and service contracts;
- Manage compliance with internal technical controls in a Sarbanes-Oxley regulated IT environment; and
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of information security principles and best practices in areas such as network design, cyber security, and business information systems;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to all levels of stakeholders across the organization;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions;
- Previous project management experience to effectively plan, execute and monitor IT projects; and
- People leadership and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's Degreen or Diploma in Computer Studies or Business with a concentration in Information Technology; and
- A minimum of five (5) years of Information Technology work experience managing or supervising IT professionals.
