    Description
    Event Planning Manager

    beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Event Planning Manager to join our team in Montreal.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of events, including conferences, meetings, and other special events.

    The Event Planning Manager will be responsible for the following:


    • Developing and managing event budgets
    • Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
    • Coordinating event logistics, such as transportation, catering, and accommodations
    • Developing and implementing event marketing plans
    • Overseeing event setup and execution
    • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Managing event staff
    • Evaluating event success and preparing post-event reports

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
    • Proven experience in event planning and management
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
