    As an Engagement Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by customizing delivery plans to maximize business value within their environment.

    You are entrusted with the responsibility of delivering top-notch services throughout projects, adhering to allocated budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong connections.

    The Engagement Manager is deeply involved in drafting SOW documents, overseeing project delivery from start to finish, and post-engagement follow-ups.

    • Act as the primary Point of Contact for Services and Support, strengthening customer relationships.
    • Handle all customer interactions, including conflict resolution and high-profile escalations.
    • Lead technical support ticket reviews, ensuring prompt and suitable responses from delivery teams.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to preempt potential issues.
    • Facilitate Professional Service Engagements, ensuring services are set up correctly and providing necessary training to enhance customer experience.
    • Create and maintain account plans, aligning operational procedures for critical incidents.
    • Conduct service reviews and monitor agreed corrective actions.

    Forge strong bonds with our clients, acting as their reliable partner and the voice of Project X.

    • Showcase and advocate the value of Project X services to clients.
    • Assist clients in utilizing our services effectively throughout projects.
    • Monitor service delivery to meet or surpass optional KPIs for heightened customer satisfaction and service renewals.
    • Conduct regular meetings with assigned clients to ensure their comprehension of purchased services.
    • Ensure compliance with contract terms and promptly address queries related to services.
    • Oversee invoicing and billing for assigned clients.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Technology, Business, or a related field.
    • Consulting or IT industry experience, preferably in Data and Analytics.
    • Minimum of 5 years in an Account/Client Success Manager, Business Development, or similar role.
    • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams and establish strong relationships.
    • Capability to innovate and offer creative, problem-solving approaches.
    • Specialized training in sales and/or customer service.
