    St. Joseph's Home Care - Dundas, ON

    St. Joseph's Home Care is seeking dedicated individuals to fill a Program Assistant position within our Visiting Nursing program. Located in Dundas, this temporary role offers a competitive wage and the opportunity to contribute to a supportive and dynamic team.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support across various functions, including data entry, scheduling, and payroll assistance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clinical staff and patient inquiries.
  • Participate in event organization, documentation management, and program audits.

    • Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Medical Terminology Diploma.
  • Required: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Previous experience with Procura software and scheduling is a strong asset.

    • Salary Range: $ $24.39 per hour
