    Description
    Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and tradespeople. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly. Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards. Keep accurate records of project expenses, materials, and manpower utilization. Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

    Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of LEED certification and sustainable building practices preferred. Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials highly desirable. Familiarity with construction management software and tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required. We are seeking an experienced ICI (Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial) Superintendent to join our client's team.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience managing full cycle institutional developments, from conception to completion.
