Helpdesk and AV Support Specialist
5 years of networking experience in an IT support role in managing Computer Systems and Network

Hands-on experience with networking and computing components and technologies such as Desktops, Laptops (Windows / MAC), Printers, AV Systems.

Working under pressure to achieve the team goals and targets on time.
Diagnose and resolve issues with a wide variety of AV hardware, both current generation and legacy
Design of small to medium scale audio visual systems for meetings, conferencing, presentation, and livestreaming
Assembly and cabling of equipment racks and configuring hardware for new system installs
Providing audio visual technical support.
Processing of customer orders and quotes for integration inquiries
Managing purchase orders of equipment for new system installs and service calls
Soldering and terminating cables for equipment racks and podiums
Completing potential customer site examinations to gather information for system design and installation
Responsible for promoting and managing service contracts
Installation of new hardware.

Bachelor's degree required.
French is good to have along with English.
Cisco and Networking certifications highly preferred.
