    Job Description

    Partner Staffing is the "go-to recruiter" for difficult, important, and time-sensitive positions in Western Canada. We work with proactive clients who understand the importance of having exceptional staff.

    Partner Staffing is currently working with our client to find a Junior Inside Sales based out of their Calgary, Alberta office. The ideal candidate needs to have a keen eye for detail, review all bid documentation, check for omissions, inconsistencies, or addendums, and ensure that the bid follows the client's specifications and guidelines. The Junior Inside Sales is the first point of contact for many of the customers and must ensure requests are entered in an accurate and timely manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Intakes all RFQs (request for quote) from the existing inbox in a timely and efficient matter to ensure customer deadlines are met
    • Prepare and enter new bids into project management software
    • Accepts and updates all addendums and changes in scope from our client, and is proficient in the systems these are sent through (One Drive, Dropbox, Procore, etc.)
    • Collects and digitally files all documents and communication for sales to quote customers accurately and efficiently
    • Communicates (written and oral) with all levels of management, sales, and customers
    • Redirect requests unrelated to tenders/bids/RFQs
    • Occasionally print and distribute mechanical drawings
    • Other duties as assigned including special projects


    Requirements

    • Preferred High School diploma and 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong computer background including experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF readers
    • Independent, self-motivated, able to take the initiative to improve the role and related processes
    • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and interruptions while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
