- Leading the team in boosting productivity by implementing best practices and standards to enhance efficiency.
- Leading production schedules based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and unexpected events.
- Training new team members, onboarding new customers, and overseeing document control processes.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date projection data is recorded and reported to the Scheduling Manager.
- Building and fostering positive relationships with clients and other related parties.

- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check and driver's abstract.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
