- Timely processing, verifying and reconciling of invoices.
- Expense report processing and ensure reports comply with the expense policies.
- Timely processing of accounts receivable in order to maintain accurate data on collection activity.
- Ensure prompt collection of customer accounts.
- Complete accounts receivable management reports including significant overdue accounts.
- Provide backup within AP group.
- Ensure clear and concise communications with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure cooperation with special projects as required.
- Post-secondary diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- One (1) to Five (5) years of related experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookup functions and a demonstrated knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work long periods of concentration.
- Strong mathematical skills and basic understanding of accounting.
