    Description
    Working in a LASIK MD clinic (a partner of Vision Group) is to help improve people's eyesight. The wage range for this role is between $22.You hold a permanent full-time position (40hrs / week).
    You can count yourself as a team member of one of Canada's Best Managed Companies.

    You support the Centre Director in managing the clinic (operations, finance, and team) in an effort to provide high-quality services.

    You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
    You complete different reports and administrative tasks.
    You understand and assume different technical positions as needed .
    A clear view of your assets
    You have excellent communication skills in English.
    You have experience in management / supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
    You stand out for your autonomy, leadership, sense of initiative and responsibility, and stress management.
    You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
    You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

    Schedule :

    You have flexible work availability from Tuesday to Saturday, between 8:00 am & 4:00 pm, with late evenings on Wednesdays.


    Required:
    You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training ( expenses covered by Vision Group ).
