- Responsable de projet qualité avec une étendue significative et une complexité importante relative à la gestion des coûts de non qualité;
- Développe et guide d'autres employés dans la réalisation de projet qualité, des investigations; et l'écriture des procédures ainsi que des règles concernant la qualité
- Identifie, soumet et implémente des améliorations de procédures/ processus qualité en utilisant les outils d'amélioration continue;
- Facilite et coordonne un groupe de travail pour l'investigation des problèmes qualité en utilisant diverses méthodes d'investigation (ex.: DIVE, ProCert, Tap Roots,Red-X, 8D, 6Sigma )
- Responsable pour le support qualité relatif aux problématiques qualités;
- Facilite la certification de nouveaux produits incluant l'analyse des systèmes de mesure;
- Coordonne la gestion des non-conformités relativement à un produit spécifique.
- Évalue des dispositions de non conformités et propose des corrections ou réparations aux pièces fabriquées dans SAP.
- Assure la communication et la sensibilisation aux exigences normatives, clients (ex. PWA) et réglementaires, applicables aux procédés de fabrication
- Contribue à la mise en œuvre et le maintien des processus nécessaires au fonctionnement du système qualité notamment dans le déploiement des cellules intelligentes.
- Responsable pour la gestion de projets relatifs à la certification de produit incluant l'analyse des systèmes de mesures.
- Organise des tests, des audits internes en vue d'analyser les points de non-conformité et de mettre en place des actions correctives et préventives adaptées.
- Participe aux revues de contrat afin d'assurer l'intégrité de la définition du produit.
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie avec minimum 5 ans d'expérience
- Connaissances du domaine aéronautique (atout);
- Expérience en entreprise manufacturière (atout important);
- Expérience en environnement qualité et/ou gestion manufacturière automatisée (atout);
- Responsible for Quality projects with a significant scope and complexity related to cost of poor quality;
- Develop and mentor other employees in the Quality project realization, investigation,
- Facilitate working groups on the writing of procedures and rules concerning quality,
- Identify, submit and implement process/procedure and product improvement for our internal quality system using the continuous improvement tool;
- Facilitate and coordinate working groups for quality problems investigation using various methods of investigation (ex.: DIVE, ProCert, Tap Roots, Red-X, 8D, 6Sigma );
- Responsible for shop floor support related to Quality issue;
- Facilitate the product certification including the measuring system analysis;
- Coordinate material review board for specific product.
- Investigate QN disposition and propose rework or repair to manufactured parts in SAP.
- Ensure communication and awareness of the normative, customer (eg PWA) and regulatory requirements applicable to manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the processes necessary for the functioning of the quality system, particularly in the deployment of new manufacturing solutions or new products.
- Organize tests, internal audits to analyze points of non-compliance and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Participates in contract reviews to ensure the integrity of the product definition.
- Bachelor degree with 5 years relevant experience;
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry (asset);
- Experience in manufacturing industry (important asset);
- Experience in a quality environment and/or automated manufacturing (asset);
