- Bachelor's degree or 8+ experience in product/service/project/program management

Position Summary...
As a part of Walmart Connect, you'll build industry defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart suppliers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey.We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to build products that expand the customer touch points for the Walmart Connect advertiser and offsite integrations. This role will be responsible for launching new ad products, partnerships and integrations that allow world's largest brands to connect with Walmart customers at scale.
What you'll do...
1. Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise and knowledge of business operations to identify market opportunities, build business cases, and objective alignment. For your product area, lead business alignment and communication including product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
2. Conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in advertising industry to identify new opportunities. Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap and drive advertising innovation.
3. Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to Business leadership and the larger product management team by leading the entire product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts. Working with engineering and data science to define targeting and measurement methodologies, data requirements, APIs and UX.
4. Partner with internal advertising sales team and Walmart retail teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and our advertising clients.

6. Building collaborative relationships with key partners across Walmart (Data Foundations, Finance, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
7. Be an effective people manager - lead and manage a team and help build the overall Product Development practice.
